Alexandra - Long Haul Flight Attendant

"I live in Zurich and I’m a Flight Attendant working on flights to all over the world.

I love my job, but I had trouble establishing a routine and knowing when to eat and sleep on long-haul flights, especially counting the time zone differences as well. On my OFF-days, I used to sleep in and spend the rest of my day on the couch, regretting it in the evening but at the same time not having enough energy or motivation to really do anything.

Roger has worked with me a lot on my circadian rhythm and explained in detail how it depends on my sleep and meal times.

It helped me a lot when he analysed every flight with me and told me when to sleep/nap, move and eat. For the days I'm home, I finally have been able to follow a routine on most days and Rogers app helps me track that.

He has also helped me a lot with my view on my social life and other personal topics.
