Jay - 24/7 Shift Worker (Paramedic)

Does weight gain, fatigue, waking up in the middle of the night, cancelling plans last minute or this feeling of losing control of everything sound familiar to you?

That was me 4 months ago.

During a work injury I was approached by a colleague who mentioned briefly about Rog and told me to check his Instagram page out. As a shift worker, he was the light at the end of the tunnel and within that day I was eager to start his program ASAP.

Roger has dissembled my day to day life, habits and routine. He has given me small yet achievable tasks. With time he has taken me out of this negative mindset I was trapping myself in and helped me gain my Motivation in life back.

I thrive now with shift work not just survive. I am able to feel confident and genuinely happy with my body. I am able to see family and friends much more and in general got my spark back up and running. The bonus part is none of this required scales, measuring cups, expensive gym membership.
