I was working in a very very rural remote community on shift work when I reached out to Roger.

Average overtime per fortnight ranged from 20-60 hours for majority of the year and very limited on food options - 1 grocery store.

With Roger’s help I truly learnt how to thrive not survive whilst doing shift work.

Roger helped create sustainable, healthy and easy habits which 12 months on I am still following (even on overseas holidays). I wanted to lose weight but more importantly I didn’t want to gain weight whilst on shift work and fall into the traps of easy options.

Roger helped me create a healthier mindset, not just with food options but holistically for my overall health and I noticed a difference. And not a weight focused difference.

Paired with an already solid training program, the last 6 months working with Roger I noticed a huge difference not only in my physique/ strength, but more importantly my sleep was better, my energy levels were better despite doing crazy hours) and I trained at the gym better.

I am now conscious of what and when I eat as I want to have the best chance of getting through long hours at work.

In addition, weekly chats with Roger felt like chatting to a friend more so than anything, and in the small remote very far away town I was in, I looked forward to the chats every week!

Couldn’t recommend Roger more!
