As I sit here on my honeymoon in Fiji, reflecting on health, wellbeing and confidence. I have to attribute it to Roger. I went into coaching wanting to fix my IBS and I got so much more.
I had gone down the path of scopes, expensive testing, naturopath supplements and nothing worked, I was at my wits end and Roger said “give me this 12 weeks and I promise you, you won’t need to do this testing”. My god, he was right. I felt everything was tailored to me and my individual needs, no ‘cookie cutter’ program.
I had the ability to ask Roger questions when they came up and the weekly zoom calls and check-ins were invaluable. I felt he really listened to me and my needs. I’ve learnt food is such a small part of the problem. Instead we addressed the umbrella over IBS and fixed so many more issues along the way. My mind, body and soul has been overhauled, and for the better.
Being an Emergency nurse, not only do you have an out-of-whack circadian rhythm, but also the stress along with the job AND planning a wedding.
By focusing on mindfulness, the importance of timing of food and the power of intuitive eating, I’ve honestly gained back my life, my confidence, my cycle is finally back to normal and most importantly my gut health! I now love training in the gym again, and without yawning or pre workout. My sleep is incredible and I no longer have stress around eating out.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you Roger, you have genuinely changed my life and I will take these lessons with me for the rest of my life.
