"When I started with Roger I'd been working as a shift worker for 9 years. In that time I'd fallen into a non-existent sleep pattern, felt constantly tired and would often waste my days off sleeping in until near midday. Afterwards, I would wake up feeling worse for it, over consuming caffeine and pre-workout to get through my days.

My husband and I had been trying unsuccessfully for 2 years to get pregnant when I was diagnosed with PCOS and were booked in and waiting to see a specialist. I also had some major issues with body image.

I put my trust in Roger and within the first 4 weeks of starting with him and implementing his suggested strategies, I was waking up early with energy. We moved away from a dieting mentality and focused on intuitive eating while addressing the underlying issues that I have with body image. He also made suggestions on how to manage the PCOS.

My husband and I are now expecting our first child.
