"For several years I worked with various nutrition coaches.

They all had me counting my macros and while I would see some improvement for a short amount of time, things would turn stagnant despite everything I was doing.

Then I decided to reach out to Roger for help. I wasn’t sure what exactly was missing and I thought maybe progress was stagnant because I was working night shift and had been for a very long period of time.

After working with Roger, he taught me that the diet culture surrounding everyday life and society just wasn’t working for me.

Once I learned how to listen to my body I felt like I found what it was that I was missing. I was able to relax more and enjoy food again while still viewing it as fuel.

I wasn’t pressured to hit macro goals anymore. I wasn’t pressured or made to feel guilty to enjoy time with family and friends. I was able to stop counting macros without overindulging.

I’ve regained my confidence in being able to take control of healthy nutrition habits and everything just clicked from there.
