I saw when you were studying, you were very meticulous and looked very passionate, always enquiring in the MNU groups to look for more info more and understanding. I knew you had done the work to help me with my goals.

I came to you with a weight loss goal and left without that goal, but I gained more than I had ever expected. I got my basics again, such as hydration and good evidence-based supplementation when and where I needed it. I loved that I created a new mindset of getting my basic fundamentals right so that I had more energy. As I had a new baby arriving, this allowed me to be the best parent for my newborn. I stopped focusing on the scale weight, which I realised was totally irrelevant to what I needed. By creating better habits daily, like more fruit, and adequate NEAT each day, it set up to better training in the gym, which created better body composition; I created the body that I wanted. I thought I needed to lose body weight, but I found all I needed was better fundamental habits and I can't thank you enough for helping me develop better goals and feel better than I have for years.
