Michaela - Shiftworker
I first heard about Rog from my fiancé. I was told he was the secret to surviving shift work and creating a work-life balance. So I decided to take the leap of faith. During the initial phone consult, I felt like we were a good fit. From then, Rog was a constant support and gave me guidance towards creating more work-life balance and a better relationship with my body and food. After a couple of weeks, Rog became family. Which was probably a good thing because he had his work cut out for him. I have some medical history that made my relationship with my body and food complicated. I won't bother you with a long story. It basically nuts down to I have endometriosis, adenomyosis, and ovarian cysts. If you don't know what they are, I hope you never have to find out. So Rog helped me to eat certain foods and change up the way I exercise, specific to my cycle. Which had its benefits, but nothing is foolproof. But everything changed when a miracle occurred. For someone who had been told for eight years that it's unlikely they would be able to conceive a child naturally, if at all, I found myself pregnant with my first child. Many medical professionals informed me it could just be pure luck or timing, but the fact that I had been creating a better lifestyle for myself and nourishing myself with the right foods would have definitely put me on the right path. Rog was thrilled with the news. As I said, he's part of the family. So, even though I could go on forever. I will leave you with this: if you're looking for someone who gives you a plan, does weigh/measure focus check-ins, and is in it for the paycheck, then Rog is not your man. But, if you want someone who will be there for you and wants to get to know YOU, and help you to create a better lifestyle and see your body for what it has provided you and if you're really lucky to call him family. Then look no further Rog is your man.
