I was apprehensive to do 1:1 coaching with Rog after having already spent so much money on other programs, all claiming to change my life but actually changing nothing because all they did was tell me the macros to eat and how many times a week to go to the gym. All this did was tell me I could eat whatever I wanted, so long as it stayed in my macros. This is not a sustainable, healthy way to approach food or exercise and needless to say it lead to even worse habits.

Rog and I barely even talked about food, yet the things we did talk about, organically led me to CHOOSE to nourish my body with better choices rather than being told you have to eat this amount of vegetables, fruit etc. I was never going to make better choices with food or movement by being told what to eat and do and unless I started to work my relationship with my body and food first and Rog does exactly this.

The simple practices Rog preaches are now daily habits for me and they have changed my whole outlook. I am so grateful I found Rog and decided to do the 1:1 coaching.

I feel happier and lighter in my body than I ever have before.
