Where to begin... Rog and his positive, upbeat energy have been an absolute saving grace. I was a shell of myself, fresh from a mental breakdown when we began working together.

I was honestly on the verge of quitting my job due to shift work and nightshift in particular. I was grumpy, tired and easily overwhelmed and triggered at work, I desperately needed help.

We started with small daily habits to achieve each day such as walking for 30 minutes each day, daily gratitude and which supplements will best help support me and lots more, whilst also learning the ‘why’ behind how they will help me.

Once I began putting these daily habits in place I started to feel more myself, that fun, positive me, and even those around me commented on it.

Each week we tweaked and changed things into my routine to help me and discussed lots of new topics from meal prep to sleep schedules and everything in-between.

The check-ins with Rog were always super informative and a time to work through any difficulties and celebrate successes, during which he was always encouraging and understanding but also gave you that push that was as gentle or as hard as you needed it to be.

If you struggle with shift work or just want to make sure you’re performing at your absolute best, Rog is the answer and you will not regret it.
