I’ve just finished 12 weeks with Rog, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Not only did my body change dramatically, but my mindset and relationship with food, movement, and myself improved in ways I didn’t expect.

He adjusted my plan and made it work around what felt good for me. That kind of flexibility, compassion, and encouragement is rare and I feel like without Rog I’d have been second guessing if this was a good idea.
