When I came to Rog, my life was pure chaos. I was working a highly irregular schedule, with a 4 hour office commute, long distance partner, fortnightly interstate travel and absolutely no routine. I was fatigued, constantly exhausted, stressed, getting sick all the time and falling behind on my responsibilities. In our initial meeting, I actually said “good luck figuring this one out!”
I knew I needed help, and Rog was the exact right person to turn to. By implementing some simple, achievable changes of 12 weeks I turned my life around. I’m a completely different person now than when we started, importantly I am energetic, excited for life, and grateful for every day. The funny thing is, even though Rog is a nutritionist, we didn’t even speak about nutrition. It was a wholistic approach to health that made all the difference, and everything else fell in place.
Rog was able to create a safe space for me to share openly and honestly, I was not afraid to share my losses or bad weeks, and excited to tell him when I was doing well!
He truly goes above and beyond for his clients. Not only was he incredibly flexible when I needed to constantly change meeting or check in times due to my schedule, but he gave me more tools and resources than he was required to, because he really cares. I’m talking breathwork coaching, resistance training programs, book recommendations… you name it. If Rog thinks he can add value in your life, he will give everything he has to ensure you are thriving.
I highly recommend Roger to anyone who wants to improve their health, mindset and overall wellbeing, shift worker or not!
