After being a long-time follower and lurker of Roger's socials, I decided to get his help with coaching when I started going through a phase of really hating night shifts.
I was feeling so yucky and out of touch with my body, and it was really impacting my happiness at work. Roger could not have been better, with his educated and informed views and his enthusiastic yet accountable encouragement.
His knowledge and passion about women's health was through the roof, which was of huge benefit to me and my personal goals. Roger broke down all the important stuff I needed to be doing into really manageable and simple goals that he helped me achieve every week. After coaching with Roger for 12 weeks I am so much more informed about my body and the decisions I make, I've dropped alcohol, and I'm handling work and night shift a lot better whilst also planning for a baby.
