"I was a long-time follower of Rog’s “A Healthy Shift” on Instagram long before I approached him seeking help; I tried my best to stick to his methods for shift workers but I was such an exhausted, burnt-out 24/7 Shift Working Law Enforcement Officer battling PCOS, that I really needed that extra help that his coaching provides.

I came to Rog with such a narrow-minded view, thinking once I achieved a weight loss goal I was going to be happier. Instead, Rog helped me embark on a holistic health journey, looking at gratitude, relationships, movement, an intuitive eating approach, and simple methods addressing the combination of shift work and PCOS. It became less about weight and more about life! 

The last six months have been a journey of growth, that is so much more than weight loss, and yet now that I have broadened my focus, maintained stress levels and nailed the basics, I am mentally and physically lighter. Rog’s weekly check-in was a free space to laugh, cry, be frustrated, be ecstatic, and everything in between; Rog is more than a coach now, he’s a friend – everything you want and need in a coach. I’m grateful to have found a fellow shift working law enforcement officer that understands it all!"
