"1 on 1 coaching with Rog was exactly what I needed.

When I came to Rog 19 weeks ago I was working more than full time hours between 2 shift work jobs, I was exhausted and felt like my life was work and recovering from work.

I was only just getting through each shift and any time off was spent recovering, with absolutely no work-life balance and certainly no time to work out or go for a walk.

Rog has really helped to set me up to enjoy working shift work again.

I have a better work-life balance.

I have more knowledge around my nutrition; when is best to eat on NS and what is best to eat.

I am now pre-planning my week and able to get to 4 or 5 BFT sessions a week.

I’m feeling more energetic, happier, healthier and fitter.

I really could not imagine working 9-5 Mon-Fri ever again… the tips, tools and small changes we made along the way through coaching have all helped to build great healthy habits, that have made me love Shift work again.
