"I’ve been doing shift work for nearly 5 years and after changing to a new work location found I was doing a lot more night shifts than I was used to.

It was really hard to get into and out of nightshift without struggling and feeling like my nightshift weeks were a waste. I didn’t really know when to eat or what to eat on ns, or even if I should eat.

They never really taught us that or if they did it was taught without an explanation of why.

I stumbled across the healthy shift Instagram page through a fellow shift worker just by chance. I started by looking at some of Rogers posts and then one caught my eye - why we should fast overnight I think it was. I was hooked. I started listening to all of the healthy shift podcasts (while I went for my daily walks!) and it all made sense!

The way Roger explains things makes it all so easy to understand - I finally found someone who could give me advice on what to do and more importantly, the reasons behind WHY I should do it.

I signed up for coaching with Roger and haven’t looked back.

Bit by bit I have made small changes to my habits and routines and I now look forward to the nightshifts because I know how to prepare for them and what to do to recover after them.

I couldn’t recommend Roger and a healthy shift enough - they will change your life!
