I wanted to start by saying a huge thank you for all the help and guidance you have given me since we started this adventure. 

I was feeling so unlike, myself, physically and mentally and just overwhelmed with how to get myself back on track. With your guidance, knowledge and support I was able to make small, consistent changes to start with which have built up to essentially big mindset/life changes that have me feeling much more like myself again. I still have a way to go and need to ensure old habits don't creep back but I feel like you have given me the tools and awareness to try and manage shift work much more successfully.
